Collection: Health and Fitness

As someone who has alway had a keen interest in the Health and Fitness Industry, My dream growing up was always to become a P.E Teacher until I was asked to take over my Grans Directorship of our Family Run Coach Company. I never managed to become a teacher due to this but I did bag myself a Fitness Instructors Job for a number of years before taking on a Health Club for 5 years which I passed on to new hands.
